Booking Terms:

Please Note: By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. I look forward to meeting you.

Deposit:

Bridal:

• A mandatory deposit is required for all Bridal makeup services.
  
• For all Bridal bookings a 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking.
• Please note this is fully refundable (minus the £55 trial fee) up until 30 days before the wedding day.
• This deposit is to be made via card or bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due via bank transfer a week before the event.

Events:

In order to secure your booking for events makeup, you will be asked to provide your card details via my booking system on Fresha.

Please note- payments for services taken place, will not be made through Fresha.

• The balance of the service can be paid via card or cash on the day of the appointment.
  

Travel Fees:

Travel will be charged based on the hourly rate of £40 per hour or 0.66pence per minute for the round trip.

• Petrol usage will also be included in final travel quote.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Please cancel online or let me know if you wish to cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice.
  

A 50% cancellation fee will be taken for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

A 100% no show fee will be taken for failure to turn up to appointment.

*In the unlikely event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your allocated appointment time

and the service can not be carried out, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply *
